We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to join our busy team

About JCS…

JCS is a global online subscription agency for digital resources from leading academic publishers – for schools worldwide, UK further education colleges, and library authorities in the UK and ANZ. Our role is to promote these resources, offer free trials and try to secure as many subscriptions as we can for the publishers.

Our primary contact in these organisations is generally the librarian, teacher or head of department which means the ideal candidate needs to be able to present the relevant information about subscriptions in a consultative manner, showing empathy and provide friendly support, and advice about the resources by phone and email.

At JCS, you will be part of an enthusiastic team of 12, and unlike working for large corporates, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all parts of the business and get the chance to contribute ideas for how we grow and develop.
